Celebrating 20 years of Koodoo!

Last night (May 8th, 2025) was a superb celebration of 20 years of Koodoo, hosted by their beautiful founder Jeannette Fuller

Both the Koodoo family and Jeanette’s family, and friends, have been ardent supporters of Choice through Education Uk so we were honored to have been given time to share the charities journey from Wayne Collins idea and its inception over 20 years ago!

In this time, Choice through Education has provided Education and support to more than 8000 students in the Masai Mara. The charity has designed and built schools, accommodation for students and teachers, safe houses for the holidays, along with educational sponsorships for all those students and instating healthier living practices, including establishing water for the villages and schools, and the jewel in the crown, our Women’s Empowerment Centre!

Koodoo has been integral in supporting this project in particular since 2019 and we are blessed that they also decided to host a raffle last night in the hope of raising £300. They and their friends absolutely blew this target out of the water, raising nearly 5 times that amount!

The trustees, Wayne, Barry, and Glynnis were bowled over by the generosity of everyone last night, and what a huge difference that money will make to so many lives!
