CTE have funded the construction of accommodation

CTE has provided design services and construction advice FOC to another charity in the Mara, the Mara Foundation, which is a Foundation funded and run by Julie and her family in California.

They have funded the construction of three safe houses where girls they, CTE and others have rescued spend the school holiday.

CTE have funded the construction of accommodation close by where volunteers and sponsors stay while the help look after and educate the girls during the holidays.

In return for our support the Mara Foundation funds some of the salaries of the teachers and staff at the Women’s Empowerment Centre that we built and run.
