One more confirmed and one more possible sponsor

Look at that smile! Thanks to you wonderful people, Fortune gets to remain in school.

Thank you, thank you we now have another confirmed sponsor and possibly another too.

Another wonderful lady has so generously agreed to sponsor one of our rescued boys.

Fontune Sagala is a boy in grade 6 so is probably 10 or 11 years old. He was a neighbour to the school that is now sheltering him and my friends knew his mother.

No one knows where the father is. His mother passed away a couple of years ago and his older sister dropped out of university to try and look after him and pay his school fees. She was really struggling and his school wanted her to not give up on her life so she went back to university.

Merrow School allowed him to stay on short term without paying but can’t keep him without a sponsor. We now have a sponsor and I can’t wait for him to be told tomorrow that he will be able to stay on at the school that has also become his home and carry on with his education.
